The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth
A 10 -12 week series of childbirth classes with a focus on natural, non-interventive pregnancy and birth. Learn about nutrition, how to stay low risk, the stages of labor, relaxation methods, how to achieve a natural birth experience, breastfeeding, newborn care and much more to have a more fulfilling experience.
New classes are starting soon at various locations in Crown Point, Valparaiso, Merrillville and LaPorte.

Homebirth seminars will feature films, followed by discussion with Dr. Eisenstein. He will describe how you and your family can safely participate in physician attended home childbirth.
Vaccine Seminars with Dr. Eisenstein will discuss the pros and cons of childhood vaccinations, the Illinois law with respect to vaccines and medical and religious waivers for vaccines.
Natural Pharmaceutical Seminars with Mark Mandel and Dr. Eisenstein will discuss natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. He will discuss natural treatments for ear infections, throat infection, urinary tract infections, menopausal symptoms and more.
